| | | CMPi Conferences are looking for an experienced manager to launch and grow a conference business for our International Exhibition brands. The opportunity around these markets is substantial and calls for an exceptional individual who is hungry for a fast-track career opportunity in conferences. International Exhibitions Division This Division is responsible for some of world´s largest exhibitions and events in Food Ingredients, Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Health & Beauty and the luxury yachting market. It organises Exhibitions and Events globally which include CPhI Worldwide, Fi Europe, Hi Europe, PMEC, Informex and Sea trade. In conjunction with the newly formed CMPi Conference Division, International Exhibitions is developing existing conference products and creating an extensive portfolio of new conferences through its leading exhibition brands. As head of the International Exhibitions conference business, you will essentially be a business unit in your own right with full P&L responsibility not only for your portfolio of events and conference producers, but also for the marketing and logistics individuals needed to deliver your events. This role gives you the opportunity to grow and manage your own business and enjoy the challenges that this brings. Reporting Structure: The Conference Manager will be based in Holland but report directly to the Conference Director (based in London) and will be expected to grow their own team as quickly as is feasibly possible. | | - Minimum of 3 years managing a successful team of commercial conference producers, although 5 years plus will be more preferable - there is no room for inexperience with this role.
