Production Operator (m/f) at NEC Logistics

Responsibilities and tasks:
1.      Assemble various kinds of electrical products in production line.
2.      Follow fixed assembly & ESD procedures.
3.      Check own part of line (quality) and notify Quality Control Officer immediately in case of problems.
4.      Take different positions in production process/assembly line.
5.      Work in an accurate and speedy way.
6.      Keep good communication with colleagues and Quality Control Officer.
7.      Keep working environment clean, tidy & safe for everyone involved.
8.      Assist warehouse (picking/packing) or any other activities if necessary.
 
 
Requirements:
1.       Technical educational background at lower level or equivalent knowledge/natural ability.
2.       Experience in working in (technical) production line.
3.       Experience in working with computers and practical knowledge of Office 2007.
4.       Good command of English and Dutch.
5.       Good communication skills.
6.       Open, honest & flexible personality.
 
 
Job summary & objective:
Make sure that production process (assembly line) proceeds smoothly without any problems by performing own part of the total tasks.
 
 
Report to:
Supervisor Processing & Assembly Division or other designated person.

NEC Logistics Europe B.V. is a Japanese company established in September 2002 that belongs to the world-wide NEC group.
At this moment it's located in Lijnden (New Yorkstraat 3, 1175 RD in Lijnden, near A9/exit Badhoevedorp/Amsterdam Osdorp/Lijnden) and best accessible by car. Due to the acquisition of a new, large client NECLE will move to another location in Hoofddorp in the coming 4 to 6 months (site well accessible by car and by public transportation). The company currently has about 28 employees divided over the Divisions Administration, Forwarding & Sales and Warehouse as well as the new Division Processing & Assembly (as per Apr.08).
The company's core business activities consist of the provision of logistics (forwarding) services and some other activities such as the assembly of specific equipment and the provision of administrative services.
NEC Logistics Europe B.V. is as per immediately looking for a new colleague for the position of Supervisor Production & Quality Control for the Processing & Assembly Division (also other vacancies for Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Operator etc.).
It is an interesting, challenging job in an international and dynamic environment which requires an independent, pro-active way of working in a team.

WERKOMSCHRIJVING Produktie Medewerker

 

 

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

  1. Assemblage van verschillende soorten electronische produkten aan de produktielijn.
  2. Het volgen van vaststaande assemblage en ESD procedures.
  3. Kwaliteitscontrole van eigen deel van de lijn en onmiddellijke melding aan Quality Control Officer in geval van problemen.
  4. Kunnen uitvoeren van alle onderdelen van het assemblage proces.
  5. Snel en accuraat werken.
  6. Het onderhouden van goede communicatie lijnen tussen collega’s en de Quality Control Officer .
  7. De werkomgeving schoon, netjes en veilig houden.
  8. Assisteren in de loods (picking/packing) en andere activiteiten indien nodig.

 

 

Vereisten:

1.     Achtergrond van technische opleiding op basis niveau of gelijkwaardige kennis/vaardigheden (van nature).

2.     Ervaring in werken in (technische) produktielijn.

3.     Ervaring in werken met computers en praktische kennis van Office 2007.

4.     Goede beheersing van Engels en Nederlands.

5.     Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

6.     Open, eerlijke & flexibele persoonlijkheid.
